Each team member completes a chosen Profile Assessment and then a TEAM Report is generated to use as a platform for dialogue during the Webinar. Team members are able to increase awareness and understanding of the dynamics of team communications. Key takeaways and actionable learning applications provide team members the opportunity to put Profile principles into immediate action.
