Administration Process

Assessments Links / Two Options

1)  Universal Link:  We will send you the universal link for you to forward to your client.  Let us know your target completion date.  We can let you know who has completed the assessments at various intervals.  If we are getting close to the target completion date, we will let you know so you can send reminders to participants.

2)  Individual Link:  We send links directly to each participant.  We will need to receive a list of names and email addresses.  Let us know your target completion date.  If we see there are participants who have not completed the assessment as we get close to the target date, we can send our reminders directly to participants.  We will keep you updated.

Distribution of Results / Multiple Options

1)  Results Sent to You:  We will send you participants results via email or a share folder.  You can distribute results as appropriate to the participants.

2)  Results Sent to Participant and CC You:  We will send results based on your schedule.  You tell us when you want us to distribute the results.

3)  Results Sent to Participant:  We will send results directly to the participant based on your schedule.  We can then send you the group's results in bulk.
