What Can I Expect in a DiSC Virtual Team Training?

DiSC Virtual Trainings and profile assessments for employees and new hires can be delivered to teams of any size.  For teams that want to engage in an interactive group dialogue, we recommend teams of 15 and under.  For larger teams, we offer our Virtual Webinar format.

Interactive DiSC Virtual Training

• Teams with 4-15 team members
• Team members complete a DiSC communication assessment
• DiSC Virtual training includes a review of team results and actionable strategies to apply the DiSC assessment (90 minutes)

Large Team DiSC Virtual Training Webinars 

• Teams with 16+ team members
• Team members complete a DiSC communication assessment
• DiSC Virtual training webinars include a debrief of group results and provides strategies to apply the DiSC assessment (60 minutes)

 How to schedule a DiSC Virtual Training?

• Select the DiSC Communications Profile (Workplace, Agile EQ, Productive Conflict, Management, Sales) and purchase the DiSC assessments for your team
• Email us:  First/Last Names and Email Address for each team member
• We will first send out an introductory email to explain the process of completing the assessment and participating in the DiSC Virtual Training
• Assessment links will follow for team members to complete the chosen DiSC assessment
• The DiSC Virtual Training session is scheduled
• We recommend a conference call with a team leader to gain insight and understanding of overall objectives.  We will customize customize the DiSC Virtual Training
