Decision Style Profile Group Report

The Decision Style Profile (DSP) Group Report provides a detailed summary of a team's DSP results. Team member's complete the Decision Style Profile. Individual scores are compiled from ten Decision-Making cases.  The result is the team's overall Decision Inclusion Score.  Team results include the Group's Style, the Suggested Style, and the percentage of scores across a sample pool of 20,000 managers for each of the ten cases.  

The Analysis of Decision Factors summary highlights each of the Decision Style Factors (Problem Clarity, Information, Commitment, Goal Agreement, Time) and identifies the percentage of team members who violated the Decision Factor in their response.  Reviewing each of the ten cases provides the group the opportunity to discuss their individual and group results. This provides a platform for rich dialogue to better understand when to use each of the five Decision Styles.
