The Decision Style Profile (DSP) Assessment provides leaders and managers with an essential tool that helps navigate through 5 Types of Decision Styles AND 5 Critical Decision Factors.  Using a series of ten decision-making cases, you will decide what decision style you would employ in each of the cases.
